Cross Culture Order & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cross Culture! Please review our policy before placing your order:

  1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

    • Pre-Order Items: Production and fulfillment take approximately 3-5 weeks before shipping.

    • Premade/Ready-to-Ship Items: Processing and fulfillment take 1-3  business days before shipping.

  2. No Refunds

    • Please carefully check product descriptions before purchasing, as we do not offer refunds.

  3. Shipping & Address Accuracy

    • We are not responsible for packages returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address. If your package is sent back for this reason, you are fully responsible for covering the cost to reship.

    • All packages are insured by USPS when shipped via Priority Mail. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

    • Double-check your shipping information before placing your order to avoid delays or additional shipping fees.

  4. International Orders

    • For customers outside the U.S., please be aware that your order may be subject to customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

  5. Lost or Missing Packages

    • Cross Culture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
